Angela is a sustainability professional and expert in environmental project development and management with nearly 20 years of experience in the private sector and international organizations. Based in Asia since 2013, Angela has developed and implemented projects on environment, smallholder resilience and climate change with organizations such as the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
Brad Denig

Brad is a recognized thought leader in the field of sustainable business and climate strategy. Over a 25-year career, Brad has led teams at Ecova/Engie Insight, ERM, and held Director / Partner level positions at AWR Lloyd and Bain & Company. In addition to co-founding Hutan Synergy, Brad is the co-founder of Syngenera and has long focused on nature-based businesses that address three of the most critical global issues: climate change, natural resource management/biodiversity loss, and inequality.

Dr. Rio Christiawan a distinguished legal scholar, seasoned corporate executive, and sustainability-driven entrepreneur with over two decades of expertise in corporate law, financing, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory affairs. His leadership roles have spanned major corporations such as Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology, Asian Agri, Lippo Plantation, and Orang Tua Group, where he led high-level legal, operational, and licensing initiatives.

Aidan brings over three years of experience in the carbon market and sustainable development. He previously supported carbon project sourcing and business development at South Pole.
At Hutan Synergy, Aidan leads nature-based solutions (NBS) pipeline origination and oversees knowledge management to support the company’s strategy.

Itsaree brings over three years of experience in providing comprehensive support to executives and teams. She previously worked at Bangkok Mass Transit System Co., Ltd. and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
At Hutan Synergy, Itsaree is an Administrative Associate supporting daily operations, coordinating meetings and communications, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across the organization.
